| NUTRITION Wheatgrass juice is a complete food that can be taken orally with no toxic side effects. It is an important nutritional supplement as it contains in a bioavailable form most of the vitamins, minerals, enzymes and amino acids needed for human maintenance. On an empty stomach, wheatgrass juice is assimilated into the blood in about 20 minutes, and the vitality lasts throughout the day.
